6. Plans, payment and cancellation
Eligible new accounts may use the 14-day trial offered at signup. The plan price, taxes, billing interval and access period will be disclosed before payment. Where you expressly authorize a recurring payment at checkout, your subscription renews automatically at the disclosed interval until you cancel. Accepting these terms alone does not create a payment mandate. Prepaid purchases and trials without a separately authorized recurring mandate do not automatically become recurring subscriptions. Renewal notices and payment authorization will follow applicable requirements.
You may cancel any authorized future renewal without a cancellation fee and retain access through the end of the paid period. We do not routinely provide change-of-mind refunds or prorated refunds for unused days. We will investigate duplicate charges, incorrect charges and substantial failure to provide the purchased service, and provide an appropriate refund where justified or required by law. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights or remedies.
Cancel a future renewal before its scheduled charge through the available subscription controls or contact support@carbonx-ai.com. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not ordinarily refund an already paid period. Approved refunds will be processed within 4-5 business days after approval; bank or payment-provider credit times may be additional. Material price changes will be disclosed before a subsequent purchase or renewal and will not apply retroactively to an already paid period.
11. Complaints and disputes
For support, refund, privacy or grievance requests, contact Gurjas Singh, Director, at support@carbonx-ai.com or the operator address above. Include sufficient account information to identify your request, but do not send passwords, OTPs or payment credentials. We will acknowledge and handle complaints within applicable legal timelines.
Indian law governs this agreement. Disputes may be brought before the courts, consumer commissions, regulators or other forums with jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing here restricts a mandatory right to a particular forum or remedy.
