What you need
A Windows computer, an internet connection and authorized access to your Meesho supplier account. You can browse Carbon X from your phone; connector installation takes place on Windows.
Connect your account
Sign in to Carbon X on the computer, open Getting Started, download and extract the connector ZIP, then run Install Carbon X.cmd. Enter the pairing code and complete the Meesho login.
Understand the first sync
Orders, products, inventory and payment reports may become available at different times. Report preparation by Meesho and the amount of history affect completion.
When data stops updating
Check that the computer is awake and online, then review connector and Meesho session status in Profile.
